Project info
This project is in a large industrial zone and serves as an automotive processing and manufacturing workshop.
The exterior wall material of this steel workshop is 200mm thick concrete blocks for H≤1.20m, and 0.426mm thick (width:900mm) color bone corrugated steel sheet for H>1.20m.
The roof panel material is composed of 50mm thick rock wool steel sandwich panel. The panel width is 760mm, and two sides steel sheet are 0.5 mm + 0.4mm steel sheet, and the rock wool density is 60kg/m3.
Both for the wall panels and roof panels, clients prefer to use orange color because it is the same color used in all the company's factory areas. On one hand, the clients find this color to be eye-catching, and on the other hand, they want to maintain the consistency of the color scheme in the zone, which gives a more professional appearance.
The joints are sealed with fireproof materials, and the steel structure is treated with fireproof coatings. The fire resistance limit of the steel column is ≥2.5 hours, the fire resistance limit of the steel roof truss is ≥1.0 hour, and the fire resistance limit of the steel purlin is ≥1.0 hour.
Cars are considered large commodities as they require a wider and brighter working condition. Generally, lighting systems for such kind of steel workshop include windows, skylight, and clerestory. This workshop incorporates all three conditions.
