1. What is the wind speed that the steel structure you designed can generally withstand?
If the customer has no special wind speed requirements, we usually quote the wind speed as 100~110 km/h. We can also design some special countries and regions, such as the Bahamas and Mauritius, where the wind speed reaches 250~280km/h, but the cost will be higher.
2. For a multi-story building, if the floor plate is made of steel floor deck with rebar and concrete, how thick should the concrete will be?
We usually use 880mm type floor decking, and the thickness of the floor concrete is generally 100~150mm.
3. If I want to use floor decking, can you provide concrete and steel bars together?
We recommend that customers purchase steel bars and pour concrete locally because this is part of civil construction and it requires the use of cranes and concrete mixers. We provide floor decking and shear stud.
4. We want to ship the anchor bolt in advance, can you arrange it?
If your container needs to ship nearby, like Foshan/Guangzhou we can deliver the anchor bolt to your container loading place to ship with your other goods.
5. How high are your warehouses usually?
