Product Information
steel structure building is a Green economy building system, which is formed by:
Main structure (H-section steel for beam/column);
Substructure (C-channel steel, or Z-channel steel for purlin, steel bar for tie rod, round steel tube for brace rod, Angle steel knee brace);
Roof and wall system (sandwich panel or corrugated steel sheet/metal);
Door and window system(aluminum sliding/fixed/ shutter window, sliding/roll-up door);
Ventilation, skylights, and gutters(additional options to choose from that depend on the client's need)
These components work together to create a sturdy and functional structure.
The product we mentioned here is a 2-floor steel structure building for the industrial workshop—several commonly used paint colors for steel structures, like gray, white, and black. The client for this project used a bright red color that looks particularly eye-catching. Here below is the project pictures display:
Application
Steel is a popular choice today because using it can construct different shapes and specifications buildings. These steel structures are reliable and require less raw material than some other types of structures such as the common traditional concrete brick wall buildings and timber buildings, because of their high strength characteristic.Pre-engineered steel structure building is widely used as heavy industrial workshop, warehouse building, storage shed, multi-story residential buildings, high-rise shopping malls, large-span exhibition hall, airport terminals, poultry farm, grain barn, godown etc.

H-section steel benefits:
1. The H-section steel is lightweight, and it is an economical option for construction.
2. The H-section steel is high-strength because it possesses a greater surface area on the cross-section.
3. The H-section steel is straightforward easier to weld and easier to install.
4. The H-section steel is eco-friendly and highly recyclable and creates minimal raw material waste.
5. H-section steel has Good mechanical properties.
6. H-section steel has good bending resistance, anti-torsion strength, anti-earthquake.
You can customize the color of steel components, roof, and wall panels.
1. Steel structure frame: (common color we use Red/Gray/white)
2.Wall and roof steel sheet:(common color we use Red/Blue/off-white/Ivory-white)
3.Steel Sandwich panel:(EPS/Rock wool/Glass wool/PU)
We are using Auto CAD, PKPM, and Tekla Structures software to design different buildings according to the requests of Clients. We service clients in design, production, delivery, and election.
Quote information requirements:
1) Live load/Dead load on roof (KN/M2);
2) Wind speed (KM/H);
3) Snow load (KG/M2) - If Applicable;
4) Earthquake load - If Applicable;
5) Style and quantity of Doors and Windows;
6) Crane (if you have), Crane span, Crane lift height, max lift capacity, max wheel pressure, and min wheel pressure;
7) Size: length X width X eave height, roof slope;
8) Or your own idea!
But maybe you are unsure about what type or what needs you have regarding you're warehouse/workshop, or this project is your first one. Don't worry, we will offer suggestion for you to choose the right style and the best design within your budget.
Factors Affecting steel Building Cost
1)Steel building size
In the case of the same column distance and span, the larger the area, the higher the price.That means the price of the metal building is directly proportional to building size.
2)Steel building style
The different designs and configurations for steel buildings, such as clear-span, multi-span, or single-slope, will make the price different.
3)The quality and type of steel used
Common types of steel we used include carbon steel(H beam, I beam, PFC channel, SHS, RHS and CHS) and galvanized C Purlin/Z Purlin. The quality of the steel is typically determined by its strength, durability, and resistance to corrosion.
4)The design and engineering requirements
Different wind loads and snow loads result in different steel structure designs. Customization requirements for building materials (structural components, roofing and wall panels, doors, and windows, as well as accessories like gutters and downspouts) also make the price different.
5)The market conditions for steel materials
Raw material steel price will affect the price because steel is a major component in the construction of buildings. When the price of raw steel materials increases, it directly impacts the cost of manufacturing steel building components. This, in turn, leads to higher prices for the final product.
6)The market conditions for labor cost
If skilled laborers are in a limited supply, then labor costs tend to increase. Complex processing methods require more labor, equipment, and resources, which can impact the overall cost of production. For example, galvanized finished steel, space framing, and lace beams.
Last but not least, buying from a trading company or a steel building manufacturer also makes the price different. We are 100% factory and can offer you factory prices directly.
