This multi-story steel structure building mentioned here is used as a packing workshop for chemical products, and the floor load-bearing required reaching 1500kg/m2. The total amount of steel weight used in the entire project reaches 1100 tons, with a total area of 1647 square meters.

FAQ

1. What is the wind speed that the steel structure you designed can generally withstand?

If the customer has no special wind speed requirements, we usually quote the wind speed as 100~110 km/h. We can also design some special countries and regions, such as the Bahamas and Mauritius, where the wind speed reaches 250~280km/h, but the cost will be higher.


2. I need to build a steel structure warehouse but the only information I have is the floor area. Can you help us design it?

If the customer does not have formal drawings, we can help him design according to his floor area and functional uses, and recommend suitable materials according to his budget.


3. How high are your warehouses usually?

If it is a conventional warehouse without a crane and is simply used to store goods, we recommend that the customer build a 6m~8m warehouse, mainly based on considerations of building structure and economic benefits.


4. We want to ship the anchor bolt in advance, can you arrange it?

If your container needs to ship nearby, like Foshan/Guangzhou we can deliver the anchor bolt to your container loading place to ship with your other goods.Or if your container is not near us from other provinces, we can also arrange to send it by nation express.


5.For a multi-story building, if the floor plate is made of steel floor deck with rebar and concrete, how thick should the concrete will be?

We usually use 880mm type floor decking, and the thickness of the floor concrete is generally 100~150mm.
