Product Information
Prefab house, also known as "prefabricated house" or "modular house", is a type of house that is prefabricated, can be disassembled and assembled fast, and is easy to transport and move. Its steel frame is usually made of C section steel or double C section, and the surrounding materials are mainly sandwich panels.
It is anti-rust and earthquake proof. The sandwich panels can be EPS ,rock wool or fiberglass sandwich panels for insulation.This type of house is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, fast and efficient, so it is often used to resettle victims in disaster-stricken areas.
The product we introduce here is a one floor K-type slope roof prefab house near the construction site for a labor dormitory. Once the concrete foundation(concrete slab) is built, it only takes about a week to install it on the concrete floor, so this type of house is suitable for temporary use on the construction site. The roof shape of the prefabricated house can be divided into two forms:
Single slope(Flat roof)
double slope(Slope roof)
A single-slope roof(Flat roof) refers to a roof with only one slope, usually connected to the gable wall of the house. This type of roof has a simple structure, light weight, simple structure, and convenient construction. It is mostly used for low-rise buildings with small spans, such as the temporary buildings in civil buildings.The advantages of a single-slope roof are simple structure, light weight, material saving, and convenient construction. However, it is not conducive to drainage and ventilation, and is mostly used in low-rise buildings with small spans.
A double-slope roof(Slope roof) refers to a roof with slopes on both sides, usually connected to the front and back gable walls of the house. The structure of this kind of roof is complex and heavy, but it is conducive to drainage and ventilation. It is suitable for tall buildings with large spans, such as factories, warehouses, etc.The advantage of a double-slope roof is that it is conducive to drainage and ventilation. It has a more complex structure, is heavy, and uses more materials, but it can provide more space and better thermal insulation performance.
K-type prefab house main features:
The unit figure for K house dimension is K, 1K=1.82m, K is the distance between the two closest columns.
K house can be built as 1 to 3 floors building. Figures for houses with different stories: One floor=3P, two floor=6p, three floor=9p
K house is qualified for waterproof, fireproof, heat insulation, and sound insulation performance.
K house can be relocated to different site, It can be assembled and disassembled six times.
K house is anti-termites. All steel structures are well painted and anti-rust which can be normally used for 10~15 years, and all materials can be recycled.
K house only requires a level concrete floor for the foundation.
