A steel structure workshop/steel plant building is an industrial building with a steel frame as a load-bearing structure. The main components of steel structure workshop buildings include steel columns, steel beams, steel trusses, purlin, and bracing, which are connected by bolts at the site. The walls and roofs of steel structure workshops can be made of corrugated steel plates, sandwich panels, brick walls, and half prefabricated panel half brick walls according to the specific requirements and design of the building.
The steel workshop project we showed is a factory with a mezzanine in size:39.7x33.8x10.8m, with a 640 square meter mezzanine area. 1 big sliding door, aluminum sliding windows all around. The glass wool sandwich panel for the roof and glass wool sandwich panel for the wall start from 4.8m high because 4.8m below is the concrete brick wall. It has high fire protection requirements because the wall and roof used Class A fire protection materials--rock wool sandwich panel. The back of the workshop building is a firewall with an entire brick wall structure. Here below the project pictures and drawings show:

Steel workshop building component detailed display
Fasteners( bolts and nuts) for jointing: The common connection method of ordinary steel structure workshop is anchor bolt(φ24~φ64mm) connections. It includes hinge connection and rigid connection. High Strength bolts M20,10.9 Grade are used to connect the steel columns and pressure-type constructional elements. Common bolt M20 is for tie rods connect to the columns,and galvanized bolt M12 is for roof and wall purlin.
Primary framing: This includes the steel columns, beams, and trusses that provide the structural support for the building. These components are made from high-strength steel and are designed to withstand various loads and forces.
Secondary framing: This includes purlins, bracing, and eave struts that support the roof and wall panels. These components help distribute the load evenly and provide additional structural stability.
Roof and wall panels: Steel workshop buildings are typically enclosed with steel roof and wall panels. These panels offer weather protection, and insulation, and can be customized to meet specific aesthetic requirements. (Glass wool sandwich roof panel for example)

Doors and windows: Steel workshops often have large doors, such as overhead roll-up doors or sliding doors, to accommodate the entry and exit of equipment and materials. Windows can also be included to provide natural light and ventilation.
Overhead cranes: Depending on the workshop's requirements, an overhead crane(5~20 tons)system may be installed. These cranes help with lifting and moving heavy materials and equipment within the workshop.(This project without crane beam)
