Product Information
A "steel structure workshop" is a building made mostly of steel. The steel structures are all well fabricated and transported to the construction site for installation. It's strong and because steel structures can be fabricated in factories and installed by bolts on site, it can be put up quickly. It is commonly used for manufacturing or conducting work. And it is widely used in industrial buildings, agricultural buildings and commercial buildings.
The prefabricated steel structure workshop we introduce is used for industrial production. It has an approximate size of 5000 square meters per unit, a total of 2 units, that is around 10000 square meters, 14 meters high. It has 6 large rolling doors around the 4 sides. The roof and walls are made of color bone steel sheets. To enhance the indoor natural lighting, this workshop set up fixed windows near the top of the walls, and the sliding window all around the wall in the lower position that people can open or close easily, the entire interior of the structure can still be bright. We can provide custom-made insulated steel workshops to suit your specifications; whether it's large or small, with single span or multiple spans, with a maximum span of 40 m, without central columns.

The construction details for steel structure workshop buildings:
1.Embedded parts
These components are used to securely attach the steel structure frame and provide a strong foundation for the building.
2.Columns
Made of H-section steel, the columns offer vertical support to the structure, ensuring stability and structural integrity.
3.Beams
H-section steel or I beams are commonly utilized for beams. The height of the intermediate area is determined based on the beam span, ensuring proper distribution of loads.
4.Purlins
C-purlins and Z-purlins are typically employed to support the walls and roof. These elements provide horizontal support and help evenly distribute the load across the roof.
5.Bracing
Round steel is commonly used for supports and braces, providing additional stability and reinforcement to the structure.
6.Roof and wall panels
There are two commonly used panel types. The first type is corrugated steel sheets, also known as color bone steel sheets. The second type is insulated sandwich panels, which consist of a layer of insulation (such as EPS, Glass wool, Polyurethane, or rock wool) sandwiched between two layers of color-coated sheets. These panels offer thermal insulation, soundproofing, and fire protection, ensuring durability and protection against weather elements.

Steel workshop building techniques
Prefabricated steel building techniques include structural design, fabrication, welding, assembly, and installation. That refers to the methods and processes used in the construction of steel buildings.
Step 1: CNC cutting Step 2: Assembling Step 3: Automatic welding Step 4: Straightening Step 5: Small parts assembling Step 6: Welding Step 7: Shot blasting Step 8: Painting Step 9:Delivering
Steel structure workshop installation:
Step #1: Prepare Foundation - This is the first step in the construction process. It involves preparing the site and creating a solid foundation for the metal building.
Step #2: Main Frames, Purlins - Once the foundation is ready, the mainframes and purlins are installed. Mainframes are the primary structural components of the building, while purlins provide support for the roof and walls.
Step #3: Wall Cladding- After the mainframes and purlins are installed, will start to install the wall panel. This involves attaching the metal panels to the framework of the building and creating the walls.
Step #4: Roof Cladding - Once the wall cladding is completed, will turn to the roof sheeting installation. This involves attaching the metal panels to the roof framework, creating a secure and weatherproof roof.
Step #5: Trimming - The final step is to install the trimming, which includes components such as flashing, gutters, and ridge caps. Trimmings help to provide a finished look to the building and ensure proper sealing and protection against the elements.
For the above 5 steps, we will offer detailed drawings that will guide you on how to properly install all the steel structure workshop building.
Application
Steel structure workshops are versatility and durability make them widely used in various fields. They are commonly found in industrial settings in manufacturing, warehouse, workshops, storage sheds, aircraft hangars and assembly. Additionally, they are used in commercial buildings such as shopping malls, airports, and sports venues. Steel structure workshops are also used in the construction of agricultural facilities, poultry farms, chicken houses, barn sheds, automobile repair shops and logistics centers.
Steel structure buildings have various advantages, including:
1. Steel frame workshop building is strong and durable, it can withstand various loads and weather conditions.
2. The prefabrication of steel components can be quickly assembled on-site and accelerate project completion speed.
3. Steel structure buildings can be designed and customized to meet specific building and functional requirements. It is flexible.
4. Steel structure buildings can have a longer service life with minimal repair and replacement.
5. Compared to traditional construction methods, steel structure buildings are usually more cost-effective, providing feasible choices for budget-focused projects.
6. Steel structure buildings can be easily expanded or modified in the future to adapt to constantly changing needs.
7. Steel structures can withstand earthquakes, strong winds, and other natural disasters, providing higher structural integrity.
