This is another example and a logistics warehouse in the Philippines. The logistics warehouse has a total area of about 10,000 square meters and is divided into 9 units, each unit has a bathroom. The below are the steel structural drawing:
As you can see the column for this project is a little bit special lecture we use the lattice column. They belong to the compression bending components and are mostly used for warehouse or workshop buildings frame columns and independent columns for a steel construction. The advantage of lattice columns is that they effectively save materials. The cross-section is generally designed as a double-axis symmetric or single-axis symmetric section using steel sections or steel plates. The main idea of lattice columns is to distribute the material area to the farthest distance from the inertia axis, which can enhance the bending resistance of the components under the same axial resistance conditions and save materials.
The project’s roof system is corrugated steel with foil plastic bubble insulation and steel mesh to support the foil. The use of this foil insulation material is cost-effective. It is not only good in price but also saves transportation space and still has the effect of heat insulation.
We used a total of 23 pieces of 40HQ for this project. The following is a display of container loading pictures.
